My stay had several problems, so I can’t recommend it. I paid for a room with air conditioning, but there wasn’t any when I arrived. The towel was dirty, the sheet had a blood or red-ink stain, and the bathroom was filthy. On the second night, nobody cleaned the room. When I complained at reception, the guy was really rude. The hotel should sort these things out, not leave it to me as a guest. Breakfast was poor too. The staff seemed to be cooking at home, with no hairnets or gloves. The black coffee was awful and the juice was pure sugar. That was my experience.

The owner’s rudeness was the worst part. The rooms were small and dirty, and breakfast was weak. The hotel is nowhere near worth what it charges. It should be possible to give it zero stars.

For the price, this place isn’t worth it. The hotel is old, with poor furniture, and the room setup is awful: if you need to charge a laptop, the only outlet is in the bathroom. Breakfast is very basic. And if you don’t know Goiânia, be aware that the area feels dangerous, with homeless people at the entrance both day and night, so there’s a real risk of being robbed.

The internet was extremely weak and barely worked, and there weren’t any outlets conveniently placed in the room. Apart from those two issues, it’s a great place for a family stay. My triple room was clean and airy, with spotless, fresh-smelling white sheets and towels. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. Breakfast was very good, and the manager was really attentive. I’d stay here again.
