Breakfast is the one thing that makes this place worthwhile. The location is also really good, and the hotel could be very nice, but the reception staff's attitude ruined the experience for me. They were rude during check-in, rolling their eyes at ordinary questions as if I were asking for a favor. They seemed cheerful with each other, but not with guests. The technical problems in the rooms might be forgivable, though they got worse each year I stayed. I visited Goiânia every year for three years and chose the more expensive rooms for comfort during 15-day stays. The TV was old and got no channels or Netflix, the wardrobe doors were falling off, and the bathroom door stuck. Wi-Fi was awful. Each time I left the room, I had to go downstairs to re-magnetize my key card. Even after housekeeping cleaned, they didn't replace basics like clean towels or toilet paper. They also knocked despite my do-not-disturb sign, just to restock something in the minibar. For service, my score is zero.

I paid quite a bit for two nights over Carnival weekend, and came home with a terrible experience. When I checked out, my SmartWatch wasn't where I'd left it, and a pair of shaping shorts was missing too. I had only worn the watch on the first day. I initially thought my boyfriend might have packed it, but he hadn't. I contacted the hotel late that day, a Monday during Carnival, and was told lost and found only operated during business hours. On Wednesday, they told me to contact the manager, Erica. I called and messaged for two days without a reply. Eventually I called reception again and complained about how the manager was treating a guest. She then called me and said she'd missed my calls and messages because her internet signal was bad. She said she'd investigate with housekeeping and check the cameras. After five days, I messaged her. She said they had checked housekeeping and the lost-property safe, searched the apartments, and reviewed the security footage, but found nothing. When I asked if guests' things could disappear during checkout and that was simply that, she only repeated that nothing had been found. The manager's lack of care was outrageous. If I hadn't kept following up, I doubt I'd have received any answer. My belongings went missing and the hotel seemed fine with that. This is serious, and it could happen to other guests too. I'll never even go near this hotel again. There were some positives in the room change. We arrived around 4:30 p.m. and asked for a room on the highest floor, but the Wi-Fi didn't work in that room and the minibar wasn't cooling. They moved us to a lower floor, where the room was much better: spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed, good bedding, and a double shower we loved. On Sunday, I called reception to ask them to change only the sheets and towels while we were out. Everything was arranged as requested when we got back.

I was told at check-in that the hotel had a restaurant and room service, but after several unanswered calls, someone finally said the kitchen was closed. They could have just been honest, and the lack of care was the worst part. I had to order food through iFood, then called reception twice to borrow cutlery when it arrived. They said they had none to lend. How does a hotel not have cutlery for such a basic need? The service was awful and showed total disregard. I don't recommend it and won't return.
