The rooms were clean and modern, and the top floor restaurant was fantastic. The staff were polite too. I stayed for the 2026 MotoGP and had a great time. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this hotel’s current rating seems unfairly low to me. Maybe it was refurbished and changed owners recently? In any case, it’s a great hotel 👍🏻

Don’t fall for it. This is the kind of service you can expect, and it’s awful. Making a reservation is easy enough, but after that you’re dealing with AI. When you finally get through to a person, the staff are rude and don’t make even the slightest effort to answer your questions. I do NOT recommend it!

The nighttime service was poor. You pay for a parking spot, arrive to park, and find there isn’t one available. Their answer is, “There’s nothing we can do!”

We stayed for the weekend, and I have no complaints about the room. The service, especially at night, was really bad. On our first day we found there was no blanket in the room. We went to reception and were told they couldn’t do anything, so we slept without one. The hotel parking is also used by a restaurant. Even after paying the parking fee, you can end up without a space because the restaurant gets priority. We complained at reception and got the same response: nothing they could do. Really unpleasant!
