I was there in May 2018 and lately I've been feeling nostalgic for it. The welcome and treatment were so warm, and everything was clean and well organized. Breakfast food was always fresh, especially the excellent pão de queijo. The AC worked perfectly, as did the cable TV. It's close to the mall and several bus stops on a busy main avenue, though it wasn't noisy. I walked around, taking care, and felt it was okay. There's another bus avenue right behind the hotel, also very near the mall, with routes across the city. I can't give it anything less than five stars.

Bad place, bad shower, and way too many stairs. Breakfast had little variety, and you weren't allowed to go back for more. As a tourist, I felt completely unsupported and got no information. I don't recommend it.

Good value for money. The hotel and room were neat, clean, and smelled nice. I wasn't happy with the service, though. There was no phone in the room to reach reception, and the minibar was empty.

The room view wasn't very good, but otherwise it was good value. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the service was great.

The location is the problem. There's nothing nearby, and the area feels very dangerous after 6 p.m., so you can't really go out then. The place itself is nice, and the rooms are good.
