The two heated indoor pools kept us busy through the winter, since the aqua park isn't heated and we couldn't really use it. My two young kids still had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the food was good, and the staff were so friendly. We loved our stay. I do wish the recreation schedule were better organized. Several activities listed for ages 3-5 never happened. The magic show and festa Junina were scheduled for 9:30pm, too late for my little one. He was excited about the festa Junina, but had nearly fallen asleep in my arms before it began, so we missed it.

It's a lovely hotel and I really enjoyed being there, though a few things could be improved. The restaurant chairs weren't very comfortable, and a room intended for two shouldn't have four beds. It would also help to put the building name on the key card or add room numbers to the direction signs.

The hotel has a nice setup, especially the pool with its bar right in the water. It's a beautiful place, and the service was good too.

They need to do a better job with the hotel cleaners.
