Sergio's friendly, professional manner made our morning, along with a delicious breakfast. This was my second stay, and it was just as good as the first: the room was comfortable and clean, and the pool was a perfect spot to cool off.

The price was around $50, yet the room was in great shape, spacious and nicely decorated, with a very large, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. We've stayed in plenty of hotels around the world, including many charging about $200, and this place compares very well. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. I'd definitely stay again next year. This really deserves to be considered a 5 star hotel.

There are restaurants and shops close by, and the rooms are nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The laundry service costs a lot, and I wouldn't recommend it. My T-shirt came back damaged and still dirty.

My mom stayed here for a doctor's appointment in Valadares and loved the place. It was very clean and the service was outstanding. She said she'd always want to stay here. She stayed Aug 2, 2021.

The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and super clean. Service was wonderful, and the stay felt lovely and relaxing. If I'm back in GV, I'll stay here again.
