The breakfast is one of the reasons I love staying here, and the lunch buffet is great and fairly inexpensive. The hotel is older, but clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that works well in the heat. Several staff members are friendly and speak English. My stay on 28.1.19 wasn't as good as previous ones. The hot shower worked, but the drain was almost completely blocked, so slowly draining water meant I had to wait after showering before I could wash my feet. This room was also tiny, including a bathroom where my limited leg movement made using the toilet nearly impossible. We'll ask for a different room when we return at the end of the month. We stay here two or three times a year.

The air conditioning worked well, and the complimentary meals were good, but I can't recommend this place. The old sheets and pillows were dirty, and the bathroom had peeling paint and mold. The rooms were very small, and the hotel is so hollow you can hear everything.

The location in the Centro of GV was excellent, and we enjoyed the music and activity in the plaza outside. The staff were wonderful, always helpful, and quick to bring our car up. When the air conditioning failed in our room, they moved us right away. The replacement room had no phone, which was a bit inconvenient since our group was on another floor, but it wasn't a major problem. The hotel was nice for the price, the accommodations were decent, and we were very satisfied with our stay.
