This residence is very well located in the Avenida Central neighborhood of Gramado, near the hotel that was recently voted the best in the world. It’s a cozy, well-equipped place, and it’s close to the entrance to Canela, so Uber rides are cheap. But during my stay, we were given a room with two beds, one of them a single, and it got in the way of opening the door. I kept bumping into the handle. We asked the person who gave us the key about another room that was locked. That room had air conditioning, a bathroom, and a TV. We got a shared bathroom instead, and our room had neither a TV nor air conditioning. We had to leave the living room AC on to cool the whole place, and it still wasn’t enough. I’d suggest asking for all the details in advance and reading the contract carefully so nothing is left assumed. Aside from that issue, it’s a good spot if you want convenience and comfort.
