Apartamento novo no Condomínio Vista do Quilombo a 50 metros do Hard Rock Café

The food was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We reserved the third floor for the night show. For the best view, sit near the shaft in the middle of the room to watch the show live, or in the side wing if you want to see it on TV. You really do need a reservation. We had a great time.

The employees were polite and helpful. Hard Rock Gramado is beautiful, with lots of relics inside.

The atmosphere was great, and both the cleanliness and service were great too. The food wasn’t good.

My partner and I often visit Hard Rock Cafes in other cities and countries, so we were surprised to find one in Gramado. It felt kind of strange: Gramado seems like a German village in the mountains, and then there’s a Hard Rock Cafe. The place was small, clean, and neat. We were also picked to make a video talking about our Hard Rock Cafe visits and experiences. The merchandise shop is awesome. I’ve collected the glasses for more than 10 years, along with T-shirts, hats, and other things. My only complaint was my burger. I ordered it well done, but it came out medium. I don’t like pink meat, though I ate as much as I could. Without that, this would have been a five-star review.
