The place was spotless and well organized, with that fresh-clean smell and a fully equipped kitchen. Vivi was quick to answer and very attentive to the little details, even leaving us a welcome treat. It’s also really close to Gramado’s center, so the location is great.

The bed was great and the shower was excellent. The apartment also had everything we needed, including a fridge, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Service was lovely, and this was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed.

My girlfriend and I loved the apartment. They were always checking that guests were comfortable, and the service was a big part of what made the stay so good. Highly recommend it!

The owners were so friendly and attentive, and the apartment itself was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The price was great too, which made it even better.
