Rua Torta has a magical feel and is well worth a visit. It's lovely for a leisurely stroll and a chance to take in the atmosphere. The street is beautiful, and you can tell people take pride in keeping it in great shape.

At around 6:30am, my husband and I found the place empty. It fills up and gets crowded pretty quickly, then stays that way for most of the day and into the evening.
