Hello Hostel Gramado

The staff were very attentive, and there’s a wonderful view. Breakfast does the job. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out, with comfortable beds that preserve everyone’s privacy. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were great. I’d definitely come back.

I’ve stayed in hostels with better facilities in the same price range. This one felt temporary, with wooden partitions that offered no sound insulation at all. They don’t provide a water filter, and the triple bunk is far too high, beyond standard height. They also switched my bed with another guest’s without telling me.

The breakfast had lots of choices and was really tasty, and we could use the hostel fridge to store anything we needed. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out, and I felt safe in the shared ones. There’s also a quiet-hours policy for everyone to follow. The team at Hello Hostel de Gramado were welcoming and attentive, and gave helpful suggestions for places to visit whenever we asked. Great value for the money. Thanks to the whole team!

We stayed in the family apartment, which had a good amount of space for a family of five or six. The place is right at the entrance to town and has parking. Everyone was very attentive and did what they could to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was very good for a hostel, and the value was great.
