The room was clean, cozy, comfortable, and had all the facilities I needed. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and polite. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast spread and the relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful place to stay, highly recommended!

The fireplace really adds to the charm of this hostel, and the whole place feels warm and homey. The staff are very polite, and the rooms and beds are extremely clean and comfortable. It feels more like a 4-5 star suite hotel, but costs less, which is a big plus. It's the best hostel I've stayed at so far. I'd definitely recommend it, 10/10.

I've never stayed in a hostel before, so I may be a little biased, but Hostel Britânico has set a really high bar. It's cozy and so well decorated, and the staff were helpful and nice. The price is very affordable, especially considering how expensive everything in Gramado is. I definitely recommend it.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and breakfast was good too. The walk to the city center takes a little while, but I didn't mind. An amazing hostel and a great stay.
