The front desk staff were very good, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and we had a good view. Breakfast was good too, and there were no sewer problems. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Christmas parade site. The rooms were small, though, and since we always travel with too many suitcases, we won't return.

We left the car in the parking lot and walked to many points of interest in Gramado, which helped us avoid traffic. The location is perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast too.

We stayed four days and had an incredible experience. The people were the highlight, from reception through the breakfast area. Everyone was attentive, smiling, and genuinely caring, with a level of friendliness and dedication you don't see every day. The room was comfortable, clean, and well organized. The coffee station and shared spaces were also really cozy places to relax. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful, varied, and had different options each day. The one thing I'd improve is the room cleaning. They kept things tidy, but didn't do a deeper clean, like mopping the floor, every day. For a longer stay like ours, that matters. It might not be an issue for one or two nights, but I think it should be included for longer visits. A fantastic stay, with a welcoming atmosphere and a real sense of care for guests. I'd definitely come back.
