The location, fresh interiors, pleasant staff, and fairly large breakfast, especially compared with other hotels in Brazil, were the best parts for me. It’s a decent hotel with the amenities you need, but the gym is poorly equipped, there’s no iron in the rooms or changing rooms by the pool, and the bed comforters were cold.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, but smaller than at other places in Gramado, which is why I gave it four stars. The hotel is clean and well located, close to everything downtown, and the employees are gentle and well trained.

Breakfast was huge, more than you really need, and even had a gluten-free section. The hotel was amazingly clean and organized. The flush was kind of weak, but they fixed it for free in a minute.

I expected more from this hotel. The bathroom sink was leaking, and on both mornings I was there, I got woken up by really loud furniture-dragging noises. They started at 7am and lasted until 11am. My first-floor room had seemed comfortable.

There’s a restaurant, massage, pool, and games room, but they’re all pretty small, and entertainment options are a bit limited. A bar and a larger gym would be good additions. The hotel itself is good.
