The staff, breakfast, location, and pool were the good parts. But I expected a lot more from a Laghetto. An hour and a half before arriving, I messaged the chain on WhatsApp to ask if I could leave the car in the garage first and check in afterward. Mariane didn't even bother replying. I had to get out in the pouring rain, soaking my socks and getting drenched. We found three single beds in the room, even though we're a couple, and had to ask for them to be pushed together. The next day the shower water wouldn't heat up. Housekeeping left just one bar of soap for two people, and I only noticed when I went to shower an hour before checkout. Parking costs extra and is shared on a rotating basis. On our second day it was hard to find a decent spot. The hotel lobby was so hot that we gave up watching Brazil's game downstairs and went up to watch in our room instead.

The breakfast and the friendly staff were the highlights. The hotel was excellent, and I think the paid parking is fair since it's right in the city center, where street parking costs money too. Each hotel in the chain has its own standout feature. As I mentioned, Laghetto Stilo Garden is known for its breakfast, its location, and being the newest. If I had to nitpick, I'd add a board game area and changing rooms near the pool.

The hotel is comfortable and attractive, with a welcoming feel and care in the details. It was easy to reach and close to rua coberta, which made getting around practical and relaxed. The team was kind and attentive. A lovely place to unwind, feel warmly welcomed, and enjoy special moments in comfort and peace.

We loved the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room and shared spaces were very clean. The bedding and towels smelled fresh, the shower was wonderful, and breakfast was great with everything fresh. It's close to everything, including rua coberta. Nothing to complain about, a ten out of ten.

Getting to the city's main sights was easy, and the hotel itself is new, with very good facilities and a great location. The room was very clean and breakfast was good. My one complaint is the daily parking charge.
