LOCAR-IN GRAMADO- Duplex Lago Negro

The owners live right by the entrance to the room, so they’re easy to reach if you have questions or an emergency. They were kind and attentive, shared useful information, and even gave us two bottles of water and an Easter egg. The thick blanket kept us warm, which helped a lot since I’m not used to Gramado’s cold. The room also had towels, a minibar, a toaster, soap, and shampoo. I wish there had been air conditioning to warm the room, because changing, showering, or washing my hair in the cold made me worry I’d catch a cold. It would also be handy if water or soft drinks were available to buy, since the markets are far away and delivery for drinks is expensive. The location and price worked well for what we paid, R$800, especially since accommodation over the holiday I visited, 17/04/2025 to 21/04/2025, was very expensive. Without suite lago negro, I might not have gone to Gramado for Easter.

We stayed there with our daughter at the end of December and beginning of January. The place was very clean and organized, and it’s just a few meters from Lago Negro. Gustavo and Rubi were warm and welcoming, and both were very attentive and helpful. I’d happily stay there again on another trip to Gramado. I recommend it.

We went to hear a presentation about possibly buying shares in a new hotel. In Gramado, people often approach you and invite you to look at developments. The guy who stopped us on the street was fine, but when we showed no interest, the salespeople practically pushed us out of the room. That kind of behavior spoils the good impression they were trying to create.

It feels so cozy, you really feel at home. The hosts were polite and helpful, the cleaning was impeccable, the towels were changed regularly, and the bed was great!
