The location is definitely the big plus, and the inn is comfortable. The service, though, was poor. There was no wifi when I stayed, they forgot to clean the room even though I put out the sign, and when they did clean it, they forgot to replace the towel. Breakfast was very basic, but good.

Breakfast was very good, and the location worked well for us. We could walk everywhere, which helped during high season when finding street parking is nearly impossible. But the room we got was nothing like the one shown on Booking: the listing photos showed a bright, spacious room, while ours was tiny and missing the listed items. The receptionist asked us to photograph our room and send it along with the listing photos by WhatsApp so she could speak to the manager. We waited in the room for over an hour. She later said Booking had posted the wrong photos, and since the inn was full, they couldn't move us. We paid for a room and got one that was far inferior to what the photos showed. The cleaning wasn't great either. There was hair all over the room and bathroom, and the shower was clogged, sending a strong stream of water from one spot that could hurt your skin. We'd paid extra for a parking space. The receptionist told us to use space 5, but someone had parked there, so we used space 2 since there were only five spaces. We told her, and she said it was fine. Later, while we were out walking, she messaged us to move the car. We went back and parked in space 5. As we were heading upstairs, another employee spoke to us rudely about being in space 2. We explained that another car had been in our assigned space. I hope they stop showing guests photos of one room type and giving them another.

The location was excellent and the place was very clean. Breakfast was a letdown, though, with few choices and unpleasant-tasting coffee. The TV could also be improved by offering access to streaming channels.

The location was perfect, close to Carrefour, plenty of restaurants, and the covered street. My husband and I walked around the city. The room is small, but works perfectly well for a couple, and the shower is great once you figure out how to manage the hot and cold water. The lady in the breakfast room is a sweetheart and so helpful. I had a great stay. Highly recommend! Amen!
