The kitchen is really well equipped, with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, dishes, glasses, cutlery and more. The apartment is spacious, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. There's cable TV with lots of channels, including Premiere for football fans. The location is good, too, and you can walk around the center.

The welcome was lovely, and the place had a real homey, cozy feel. The apartment is thoughtfully designed, well equipped and in a great spot in Gramado, close to the central street, Borges de Medeiros. There are books in the garage for people to take and donate. A distinctive place in a privileged location. The stay was so worth it, I highly recommend it.

This was my second stay here. Everything was clean, comfortable and new, and the service was extremely competent from the reservation through checkout. The hotel is downtown, just one block from the covered street. There's also a convenience store next door with warm bread and delicious cueca virada.

I'm back to complain for another month about how little consideration this hotel shows its guests. Every month, getting my money back gives me a huge headache. I've sent several emails and they don't care. I'm fed up.
