The staff were kind during our stay, and the bed was very good. Breakfast was simple but did the job. We went over Easter, and the inn wasn't ready for that much traffic. There was only one older man at reception, which made check-in very slow. The couple ahead of us had already been waiting 40 minutes. Our room smelled musty, and there was water damage in the hallway. The walls were so thin we could hear people talking next door. It also bothered us that rooms were cleaned only every other night. There are few parking spaces, though leaving the car on the street at night seemed fine.

Very good value for Gramado. The service was warm and courteous, and the inn has a garage and an elevator. Cleaning was very good, and breakfast was simple but plentiful.

A simple inn with great value. Our room was spacious and had a terrace looking out onto a beautiful araucaria forest. Everything was clean and well cared for by the owners, who were very kind. Breakfast was great too.

The inn is simple, but it's such a cozy place and everything was spotless and smelled lovely. The owner is a sweetheart, and we were treated really well. The coffee was perfect. I loved it, and when we come back to Gramado, we'll stay with you again for sure.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the inn is in a quiet spot near the portico, around 2 km from the center and walkable. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom ceiling had damp patches, but everything worked. Breakfast runs from 8 to 10 am, with seatings at 8 and 9 am. It's basic, and there's no restaurant. A few things needed attention: our room wasn't cleaned for three nights, even though the schedule said every two; there was no shampoo, and the single tiny bar of soap wasn't refilled. The mini-fridge was empty, and the large table could use a chair so it can work as a desk. It's an affordable inn, but upkeep is needed. We had a few rainy days, and water came through the roof in some shared areas.
