The service was excellent, and the rooms were spotless. A beautiful place with a delicious breakfast and loads of options. We had a great stay, and we'd absolutely recommend it!

The receptionist was very kind, but I was really disappointed. The photos online don't reflect the rooms in reality, and I don't understand why they'd post such misleading pictures.

I dreamed of coming back with my family, but it looks like the place has closed. It's hard to find anywhere like it in Gramado. The breakfast was the best, and the rooms had a European-style heating system. I miss it 😢

My husband and I stayed at the pousada and had a wonderful experience. The people who looked after us were kind and attentive, so we were sad to hear it had closed. Thank you for everything. We hope you can reopen.
