The family’s restaurant was a real highlight. Fábio, the son of the couple who run the inn, is quite a showman, and the staff were polite and helpful. The food was tasty, the juices delicious, and the draft beer ice cold. Fair prices and genuinely distinctive quality. They won over a customer and made a friend. There’s also a lovely cat and Fred, a great little dog. The inn itself is clean, tidy, cozy, and simple, with everything done to a high standard. That shower deserves a mention too, it was so warm I didn’t want to get out. Sr. Artêmio and sra.lisete were very helpful. Thanks so much for the care and attention. Olavinho, my parents, and I send you all a big, affectionate hug. I’ll definitely recommend the inn to friends and family.

There’s no breakfast, but the full kitchen is available whenever you want to make a meal, which is handy if you’re trying to save on lodging while enjoying Gramado. Our room was cozy and clean, and the owners were polite and ready to help. We felt right at home. They also have a sweet white cat called Bia, who is deaf and very affectionate with everyone. We already miss her and the Justen family, who welcomed us so kindly.

Sr. Artemio and his family were so friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to drive us to the city center, which is also no more than a 15-minute walk away. We didn’t have to get up early for housekeeping, and that made the stay feel even more like home. It felt safe too. I recommend it.

Everything was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere felt like staying with family. Senhor Artêmio and his wife were always ready to help. The inn is very close to the center of Gramado. I loved it and am already counting the days until I can return.
