The owners were extremely attentive, and everything was spacious, clean, and carefully put together. Breakfast was great too. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but this pousada surprised me. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. A thousand points!

Batista and Glaucia were incredibly kind and attentive, and they answered and sorted out all my questions. Their service deserves a ten out of ten. I had an amazing few days at this beautiful, cozy inn in Gramado, and I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

The location is a real highlight, right downtown with easy access to everything. The pousada is lovely, the breakfast is great, and the staff are excellent. We’d like to come back next time we’re in Gramado.

Jéssica was so friendly and attentive. This is a charming, beautiful place, comfortable, peaceful, and cozy, with a breakfast typical of the Serra. I recommend it!
