The place was spotless and well organized. We booked through Airbnb, and Dona Iracema welcomed us; she was lovely, polite, and helpful. It’s also just three blocks from both the bus station and downtown.

The apartments are great, and there’s on-site garage parking that’s easy to get into. The location is excellent, and the place was clean and secure. The host was very helpful.

We had wonderful days here, and everything is close enough that I walked to lots of places. The host replied really quickly and was very attentive. Dona Iracema welcomed us so warmly. Thank you, and see you again soon 🤩

The booking site's information didn't match what we found, which was really disappointing. There was no hot water in our flat today, and the people responsible weren't at the guesthouse or answering the phone. The caretaker said he couldn't fix it and that we'd have to wait until the next day, even though other flats were available. We're waiting and hoping things improve, because so far this has been the worst experience possible.
