A nice building in a great location. The only tricky part is getting into the garage because the ramp makes access a bit difficult.

We stayed in apartment 403, just a few steps from rua coberta. The living room view really stood out, and we were surprised by how quiet it was. The new apartment is beautifully decorated and fully equipped, with a few extra treats too. It has two suites, and one can be set up with either a double bed or two single beds.

We spent a month in an apartment listed on Airbnb in this condominium. It’s so close to everything that we could leave the car parked when heading into the center. Supermarkets, bakeries, and the best restaurants are nearby too.

I rented an apartment for five days and found it better than staying in a hotel. It was well located, with two well equipped and nicely decorated suites. I paid 550 reais per night.

The apartment was so organized and comfortable, just perfect 😍. I loved the city too, it’s all so beautiful. SB TURISMO's vans are perfect for anyone wanting to see all the city's tourist spots.
