The apartment itself was quite pleasant, and the kitchen utensils were in good shape. June was really cold, though, and the air conditioner’s heating barely warmed the place. Hot showers took some planning too, I’d leave the shower running. There’s nowhere to hang clothes, and the washer-dryer took about 6 hours to dry them. The building is tucked away on a very steep hill, with no reception desk. If you rent a 1.0 car, let it warm up first so it doesn’t stall on the slope. The gate opens and closes automatically. Otherwise, I had no complaints.
