We spent nine days here while visiting Gramado and nearby cities, and the location made it easy to reach everything on foot. Hotel Sky Matriz is at Av. das Hortênsias 680 in Gramado, and I highly recommend it. The building looks amazing inside and out. It has air conditioning and heat, and our room had a mini refrigerator and plenty of space for our belongings. The shower was good, the towels were clean, and our room was carefully cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable, and the whole building was very clean. The front desk team and the rest of the staff were excellent and went beyond what we expected. Breakfast was unbelievably good.

The people working there were consistently polite, helpful, and really nice. The architecture is lovely, and the spaces feel cozy. Breakfast was good, though I found it a little confusing. The place could use an update for modern needs. I had a hard time using the AC outlets with my phone and laptop chargers.

I stayed for a week and had a great experience. The rooms are simple, but the service was incredible. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had lots of local dishes and a really wide range of choices.

They kindly let me check out six hours late without charging extra. I'd arrived at the hotel late and asked if I could stay longer, and they agreed.
