The heated pool was the highlight for us, since it was warm enough to swim even on winter days. It's close to the hotel within the parking lot, and easy to get to. Parking is spacious, though in high season they may charge for a spot. The hotel is a bit outside Gramado's downtown, so you'll want a car or to be okay with taking an Uber. The rooms are tidy and cozy. Breakfast offers plenty of fruit, bread, cheese, and cake, but the coffee machine could be easier to use and faster, and the coffee could be better.

6/10
The lobby was constantly full of people selling things, which made it feel more like a busy street than a hotel and took away from the stay. Otherwise, I was impressed by the hotel's modern look, enjoyed the wide range of breakfast choices, and found the staff friendly and accommodating.

4/10
We found the staff friendly and the buffet very good, but the room wasn't comfortable. It was small, and there was a terrible noise all evening from what we THINK was the mini-fridge, though it might have been something else. It made sleeping difficult. The bed only had a flimsy blanket, which wasn't warm enough for the evening. The hotel is too far from downtown to walk, so you'll need an Uber unless you have a car.

The breakfast spread was large and the room was nice, so we had a great stay overall. It was a little awkward when the maids came into our room while we were still inside.
