The room felt brand new, and the shower was great. The towels and bed linens were lovely, and the service was warm and helpful from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, right across from the covered street. There’s no on-site parking, though the hotel has an arrangement with a nearby lot. We managed to park on the street close by every day. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Gramado.

I wasn’t a guest, but stopped in to see the place for a possible future trip to Gramado. The receptionist welcomed me warmly and showed me an apartment with modern decor and a small kitchen. There’s no meal service. It’s right in the center, and the sound insulation seemed adequate.
