The location worked really well, close to the attractions but in a quiet area where you can relax. The room was spotless, and breakfast came with delicious fresh options. The team welcomed me warmly, and the cozy, nicely decorated surroundings suited Gramado's atmosphere. My stay was perfect, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable retreat in Gramado.

The garden and outdoor fireplace made the stay especially relaxing, and the setting is lovely and cozy. Ângela was exceptionally polite and respectful. There’s no breakfast, but the rooms are equipped for making your own coffee or other meals. Parking is on the street, which felt easy and safe since the road ends there and is used only by residents and guests. Restaurants and supermarkets are close enough for basic errands without taking the car. It’s also well placed for reaching the main sights in Gramado and Canela. A sophisticated stay at a fair price, and a great way to spend time in Gramado.

We slept really well in the Jasmin room, which was spotless and smelled fresh, with a wonderful view. The garden practically invites you to sit outside and unwind. It’s such a peaceful, cozy place with a lovely energy. Really worth it, and it feels very private.

Ângela was so attentive, helpful, and friendly. The place itself was quiet, comfortable, clean, and well organized. It isn’t right by the main avenue, but the location still worked very well for us. I’d choose Refúgio do Vale again the next time I’m in gramado.
