Before deciding to live here, be aware that the building’s intercom has been broken for over a year, with no repair date. The building also doesn’t seem to get proper pest control: I often found brown recluse spiders and had to have my apartment treated regularly. There are also spots with leaks and mold. These issues seriously affected my experience as a resident.
