The breakfast was really well done, and the lady at reception was so friendly and welcoming. We were thrilled to find this quaint little place in such an incredible town. It was amazing value for money, and Gramado is one of the best places we’ve visited in Brazil. We’d love to come again!

We could walk everywhere from the Chalé, which is conveniently located near Lago Negro and downtown Gramado. It was cozy and welcoming, with a comfortable room and fresh-smelling bed linen and towels. The shared area had a little bar, card games like Uno and a regular deck, and space for kids to play. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. Cris was an excellent host, always helpful, attentive, and polite, as were the rest of the staff. I’ll recommend the place and definitely come back.

The service is excellent, and the private parking and pet-friendly policy were nice to have. It’s an older place in a great location that feels very welcoming. The rooms could use some maintenance and updating, though the bathrooms are new and very clean. Breakfast is delicious, and while there’s no mini-fridge, the price is reasonable for what’s offered. I’d definitely return.

The included breakfast was really good, and the shower worked well. Everything felt clean, cozy, and organized, and the people were very friendly. Gramado is so beautiful. I’ll definitely come back.
