Pousada Recanto da Ladeira

The breakfast and the price have us especially happy with this stay. We just arrived and already feel in love with the place. The welcome was warm, everything looks lovely and clean, and the room is heated with nice warm water. We're staying eight days and I'd recommend it.

That hammock on the balcony was such a nice touch, and the rooms are roomy and very clean. The inn is just two blocks from Hisuy's center and two from Pontal beach, with pleasant shared spaces and a pool you can use all day. Breakfast was good, and the staff gave excellent service. Highly recommend.

The rooms were kept clean, which was the one good part for me. We arrived in the middle of the night and nobody was there to let us in. Our guide kindly called the number posted at the entrance to find out which room we had. Without that help, we might have slept outside. Four days later, I still hadn't seen anyone at reception. The place felt completely unattended, and nobody gave us basic information, including check-in or departure times. Breakfast was very basic each day. I'd look carefully before booking. I wouldn't come back.

We were able to walk to Gramado's center and back many times, and getting an app car was easy too. The inn has lovely scenery. Our room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and a minibar, and it was cleaned and refreshed daily. Breakfast was simple but enough for a good meal. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I mentioned a problem adjusting the shower on the first day, and they fixed it quickly. Using the microwave a few times was easy as well.
