I came because of the reviews, and what a disappointment. As soon as we arrived from another hotel in Gramado, I noticed the indoor area didn't smell good. We were in suite 10, and after lying down to rest, I took a blanket from the closet. It smelled horribly dirty, really foul. Even my husband, who never complains, noticed it and asked them to take the blanket away. The room itself smelled off too. The curtain was dirty, and I took a photo, though the poor lighting at night doesn't show just how bad it was. The pillows smelled like they'd had used pillowcases, and the sheets smelled bad as well. They seemed not to have been changed, just turned inside out. We came to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and hoped to relax in the tub and enjoy nature. But when we filled the tub and turned on the jets, clumps of hair and dirt came out. I assume it hadn't been cleaned. I was so disgusted that I drained it right away and didn't take a photo. Breakfast was just as bad. Flies were landing on the cold cuts and fruit, and the pastries and cakes looked old, which I found out when I ate them. I ordered a sandwich made to order, and it came with a huge hair that looked like it might be from an animal. I love hotel breakfasts, but I couldn't stomach this one. The bathroom also has no handheld bidet spray. I don't recommend the place and would never go back. It has facilities, but lacks care. Hygiene matters. I'd suggest adding some room fragrance in the indoor areas, since that can make a place feel clean. We had left a wonderful hotel to come here. The good things were the harmless animals and the service, which wasn't bad, though it wasn't excellent either.

The place is attractive, cozy, and peaceful, and the staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the towels, pillows, and sheets were clean. It's also about 10 minutes from the center, so you can rest without being cut off from town. My concern is the animals' living spaces. The peacock bothered me most. From what I saw during my stay, it was kept in an area of about 2 by 2 meters with other birds. There was something suggesting it might be let out at times, but I didn't see that happen while I was there. Keeping it confined like that continuously doesn't meet its needs. The rabbits were in very small cages, around 1 square meter, sometimes with more than one in a space, which really limits their movement. The turkeys also seemed to have too little room for the number of birds, though they appeared to be let out at some times of day. I understand the place's idea of having animals around, but in my view the conditions I saw may not be enough for some of them to be well cared for. There's room on the property to make changes. The ducks, sheep, horses, and dogs seemed to live very well. I'd come back, but I'd like to see improvements to the spaces for the animals I mentioned. If that happens, I'll update my review.

My wife booked this hotel for my 40th birthday, so I could celebrate with her and my parents. She chose it because of the horseback riding and the chance to be in nature. We arrived excited because the property is beautiful, but when we asked about riding, the manager said, “There are no horseback rides, that's why you paid less.” My wife was very upset. She wanted the occasion to be happy, not to pay less, and his manner made her feel embarrassed. I offered to pay extra, but he said there were no rides available. His rudeness continued. On my birthday, my wife wanted to surprise me and had already told reception it was my birthday. The manager again made a scene with his rude behavior. Instead of asking my wife, who had booked and paid for everything, he asked one of our guests in a sharp tone and spoiled the surprise. At the end of our stay I spoke to the owner. He said the manager was wrong, but that he was just like that. I tried to put it aside because the breakfast staff were very attentive, but the way we were treated wasn't right. I'm leaving this feedback in the hope the manager gets some customer service training. This is a very beautiful hotel in a tourist city, and his behavior is hurting its image.

It's a quiet, cozy, comfortable place where you can switch off from the big city and hear birds and roosters. The hotel is in a more out-of-the-way part of Gramado. We booked an outing, and the agency would either pick us up at 5 in the morning or we had to go to the agency ourselves. The team was very welcoming and polite. There aren't many rooms yet, so the staff is a small group, but I especially want to thank the two women who made breakfast. I forgot to ask their names, haha. They were so attentive, kind, and available that we felt at home. We're coming back soon. My only regret is booking too few days.

It felt like being in the countryside while still in Gramado. The hotel is lovely, with a spacious, beautiful room, lots of greenery, a lake, animals, horseback riding, and bikes. One evening they offered us capeletti soup to warm us up, and it was delicious. Breakfast had plenty of variety, plus options beyond the buffet. The staff were always attentive and willing to light a fire to warm us on one of the coldest winter days. You can tell they thought through every detail with care. And congratulations for offering Brazilian products and wines, especially ones from the region.
