Great value for money, spotless, with a helpful team and an excellent breakfast. The beautiful garden makes it a lovely place to relax. Ten out of ten.

They gave me a price, which I paid up front, then later messaged me asking for checkout and another night’s charge. When I asked to pay extra for checkout the following day, they wouldn’t accept the amount, even though I’d already sent 55 by Pix. And guess what, they refunded only 50! Most of the people answering on WhatsApp handle things one way. The women in the kitchen in the morning are lovely, and the yard is beautiful, but the TV and Wi-Fi never work. I’ve been twice, and I won’t go back.

We enjoyed the pleasant setting, convenient location, working air conditioning, and very kind staff. My husband and I were treated well by everyone, and the ladies in the pantry were especially caring. Adriele and Raquel did a wonderful job setting out breakfast and serving all the treats with such care. Francis was fantastic too, so cordial and kind. She helped us a lot with the internet when we changed suites. The inn could improve the rooms, and the internet connection is inconsistent. More entertainment and more suites with balconies would also be nice. In general, we liked the place a lot. I hope the Wi-Fi is more reliable next time.

We’d been stuck in the car for three hours because of a blockage on Rodovia Washington Luiz, and with a child we just wanted a hot shower and a good night’s sleep. The sleep was good, but that was the only part of the stay that went well. We woke to ants crawling over my granddaughter’s toys, which she really didn’t like. The minibar was empty, and there was no intercom, so we had to walk to reception at the far end of the inn. When we tried to shower, the electric shower wouldn’t turn on. Luckily our son was in the room next door and let us use his hot water. At around 10 p.m., going back across the property and waiting an unknown amount of time for a repair wasn’t an option. Other things looked neglected too: towel holders were coming loose from the wall, and the blackout curtain let light through its many worn patches. The pest-control certificate had expired on 10/02/2022, and I took a photo. Maybe that explains the insects we saw in the room. Breakfast was a fiasco as well, including juice made with fruit that was clearly past its best. It seemed like poor management. We’d picked the place after seeing lots of positive reviews, even though its rating was lower than others nearby. Looking back, many reviews focus on friendly service, which I agree was good, but a stay involves much more than that. Based on all of this, it was a bad experience and one I wouldn’t repeat.
