We complained to sr Pedro, but he didn't resolve anything for us. The house had two bathrooms with broken flushes, and on the rooftop area one spotlight was out while another lamp had a short in its wire. The area stayed wet all the time because the pool leaked. The rooftop pool itself is very small and leaks water.
