The place was really nice, very clean, with a beautiful view and wonderful air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best. My only reason for giving it three stars is what happened at checkout: I was told losing the room key meant a 100.00 reis fine. That’s absurd, it couldn’t cost more than 10 reis. I know I come and spend dollars, but that’s no reason to take advantage of me.

The location is a real plus, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room had air conditioning and everything was very clean. Just remember it's a three-star place, so don't expect luxury.
