We had a great stay with the family. The rooms were clean and organized, and nothing seemed to be missing. Service and reception were excellent. The pool area was great, and there’s a barbecue spot with all the utensils you need. The beach is close, about 100 meters away. I recommend it.

The price is good, and the pool was great. We made plenty of use of it, and the caretaker Israel was very helpful whenever we needed him. The apartment has the basic things for general use, though there’s no blender or water filter.

The barbecue area was in a different building from the apartments, had time restrictions, and wasn’t properly lit, so it couldn’t be used at night. There were also safety concerns, including a loose handrail on a staircase with more than 50 steps. The apartment lacked basic amenities. The sofa looked improvised, the sink was small, and there wasn’t enough space to cook. Cleanliness was a major problem too: dirty floors, furniture covered in cobwebs, a mattress with a bad smell, filthy refrigerators, and mosquitoes everywhere. The outdoor areas were neglected and dirty, and the facilities were poorly maintained. The photos on the site clearly didn’t match the place. I’m extremely disappointed with the stay. It felt unpleasant and almost like being held captive in a run-down, unsanitary place. I expected much more, and this deserves a very low rating.

My family and I loved the place. It’s well located, and Janaina and her husband welcomed us warmly. The leisure area is incredible. It’s simple and cozy, with an affordable price. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others looking for that kind of stay.
