Great, great, great!

The place looks lovely and is very photogenic, but the experience was a huge disappointment. I went there to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and she had made a reservation hoping for a nice afternoon. She left sad and completely frustrated. We ordered starters when we arrived, but the first fries took a full hour. Most of our group of around 20 spent nearly the whole afternoon without eating, and only a few people managed to get food. We eventually canceled the main courses and went elsewhere for lunch and dinner. If the birthday girl hadn’t brought cake, some guests would have left without eating anything at all. The pool looked dirty and poorly maintained. Of the few dishes that came, I tried a risotto that didn’t taste like risotto, and the meat wasn’t filet mignon, not even close. We left hungry and frustrated, feeling like we’d thrown our money away. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a day out or for the pool. Don’t waste your money here.

We only did a day use. The setting was really pleasant, and the staff seemed well trained, serving us politely and attentively. The food, though, was completely disrespectful. My first spoonful of the moqueca I ordered was cold in some spots and hot in others, like it had been stored and reheated, and it tasted awful. We also ordered chicken with mashed potatoes, which was raw, no exaggeration, and a breaded fillet that was so hard to eat we struggled to get through even a spoonful. It’s a shame, because the experience had been going well.
