Br Hotel Express

The room was dirty, and the bed was visibly unclean. The shower needed repair and smelled bad. Service was poor too, especially at night. I asked for cutlery so I could eat my iFood order; the attendant first said there wasn't any, then went to look. When the food arrived, nobody let me know. It all felt careless and unprofessional. The hotel showed no concern for guests or cleanliness. I don't recommend it.

Breakfast was very good, and the receptionists treated me really well. The apartment was another story: it smelled bad, possibly because of a lack of maintenance or updates. The comforters and blankets were old, the toilet seat was very worn, and the fan didn't work. The shower itself was good. The hotel needs someone to take charge and bring it up to date.

The rooms were comfortable, even if they weren't especially nice, but there were mosquitoes everywhere. The service was excellent.

The location was excellent, and I liked the room and breakfast. Reception service ranged from mediocre to poor, so the staff there could use training. There's no restaurant, so you have to order delivery. We went to the nearby shopping mall for dinner. It's nice and safe, and I recommend it as a good place to explore the city.
