Finding snakes on the property was especially upsetting with children there. Instead of moving one into the woods, the caretaker threw it into the lake near the shared area. The natural setting is lovely, but the facilities and communication were disappointing enough to leave us with a lot of frustration and no real desire to return. This was my fourth stay, and this time our family group of 14 spent four days there. The staff were attentive, but poor communication caused problems throughout. Prices that had been quoted changed unexpectedly, and we were told we could have things in the pool area, only to be told otherwise later. At night the inn felt deserted and poorly lit; we couldn't even get a glass to use. The family stay package was expensive, so I expected at least some courtesy. Instead, every little thing was charged, including a steep fee for a relative who stayed less than 24 hours. We were first told it would be 160,00, but ended up paying 190,00.

The place is beautiful, but it had an abandoned feel, and the owner seemed unmotivated. Our couple's reservation ended up with two single beds pushed together, which was really uncomfortable. It was cold, with no mat in the bathroom or bedroom and not enough blankets, so we were cold. There were no meals, and breakfast was very poor. I do not recommend it.

I've been staying there for over 10 years. For me, it's the best place in Guararema to unwind and enjoy nature. The atmosphere is lovely, the owners are friendly, and the service is excellent!

The green space is wonderful, and we enjoyed the pool during the day and a ride on the pedal boat. The food was simple but tasty, the staff were friendly, and we loved the cute little dogs too. I stayed with my two young children from the 20th to the 22nd, and we had a really good time overall. There was no room cleaning, though, and the power went out on our first night, so we had to eat by flashlight. It was also very cold at night at that time of year, so we only went out for dinner.
