Breakfast could use some work. There was a range of options, but I saw mosquitoes on the fruit and some of the food didn't seem fresh. These should be easy issues to fix, and would make the hotel better. The hotel is new, with a nice setup and great bedrooms. It's a good stop if you're traveling through Vale do Ribeira. For a visit to Guaratinguetá itself, the distance from the center may be a drawback, though it's about a 10-minute trip. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the price is average.

The rooms are quiet at night, even though the hotel is close to the highway. It's easy to reach from both directions on Via Dutra, and the value for money is excellent. I stayed at Legacy for an event at Hotel Clube dos 500, which is nearby. Uber was always close by when I wasn't driving. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean, with spotless, fresh-smelling towels and bedding. The minibar had water and soda.

The staff are very friendly, though communication in English may be limited. Breakfast isn't a huge spread, but it's good and there should be something for everyone. The hotel is very clean, although some furnishings feel dated. The room's air conditioning is loud and doesn't cool the whole room, including the bathroom. At night it can sound like rain and a storm outside. The smart TV's YouTube and other services don't work. Since the hotel is by a highway, rooms facing the road may be noisier.
