We had a lovely family stay here. The breakfast was beautiful, and the staff were great. Thanks!!!

The pool wasn't much to write home about, though it might be nicer when it's not crowded. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and the staff were polite and well prepared. Our room was comfortable and had good equipment, plus air conditioning. The shower was very good too.

The hotel is well placed, close to the beach, and the beach service is organized well. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of good breads and pastries. The price was reasonable, though the rooms feel a bit dated and there's no kettle in them, which is crazy. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant, but it was overpriced.

The food and service were good, but I don't understand why they add a service charge. I'd like to choose myself whether to leave anything for the staff. I won't be going back.

I had such a great time at Ferraretto Guarujá Hotel. The food was fantastic, and I had a lot of fun with the people at the pool. I'd recommend visiting.
