Ihotel Residencial - Fantasia

As soon as we entered the room, my girlfriend and I felt sick. The mattresses were soaked and moldy, with a smell worse than anything I can describe. I asked twice to switch rooms, but the front desk said they were full. Later, I asked about moving to their partner hotel. They told me to speak to the manager in the morning, even though rooms were available to buy online. They wouldn’t refund me, so I’ll take steps to get my money back myself. This place is a disgrace to Brazil. I’ve never seen a worse “hotel”; it needs to be condemned and torn down. I don’t know how the health department lets it keep operating. Do not stay here. The pictures speak for themselves.

I don’t see how this could be called a four-star hotel. The bathrooms need improvement, every room should have decent Wi-Fi, and guests coming back from the beach should have access to a shower.

The location is good, and the employees are friendly. The buffet is just OK, but the room is badly outdated and needs renovation soon.

The pool area is awesome. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms, though, and the gym is rusty all over.
