The best things here are the location, where you can do everything on foot, and the excellent pool. There's also parking and a barbecue area. I booked through AirBnB and was able to extend my checkout without any trouble. The man who greeted us was direct and efficient but didn't introduce himself; I think a friendlier welcome would have made the experience better. The bath towels were clean and smelled fresh, but the sheets, blanket, and pillows smelled as if they'd never seen the sun. A hair dryer in the bathroom and single-use soap would be useful. Honestly, because of the room I wouldn't come back, though the location and pool do make me think twice.

We had a small incident on our travel day, and the staff were wonderful with us, welcoming us warmly and giving us so much care. Regiane, Marlene, Rosi, please forgive me if I've got your names wrong. They were lovely, helpful, and always smiling. Our stay at ApartHotel Marmeu Enseada was a pleasure from first contact through the last day. The clean room had everything in perfect condition: towels, bedding, a microwave, coffee maker, minibar, and drying rack. It's a comfortable five-minute walk to the beach, and in the evenings we went to the market and ice cream shop, all very peacefully. I recommend the place and will return as soon as I can. We brought bed linens because the comments said they weren't provided, but the woman who helped us was surprised since the place already has everything, and it did. All the bedding was there and everything looked lovely. The staff were friendly and very attentive. We'll definitely return!
