I booked a trip for January 2024 but couldn't go for personal reasons. I'd already paid R$ 1,250.00 upfront for the reservation, so I contacted the inn to reschedule. At first they were helpful and said it could be changed. But when I got back in touch to settle on a new date, they blocked me, stopped replying to messages, and wouldn't answer calls. I tried WhatsApp and Instagram too and got no response. The inn just disappeared, offered no solution, and didn't return my money. I had to file a police report to try to get it back. I can't recommend them. They showed no responsibility or respect for the customer.

I really wanted to leave a good review, but this was the worst experience we've had. The rooms smelled terribly of mold and were filthy and dusty, and the bathroom in ours reeked of sewage. They should have told us the room was full of dust, since I'm allergic. The four of us had a terrible night. We woke at 3:00 am and couldn't sleep again because of the awful mold smell. When we got up, the inn was filthy, with beer cans, a hookah, and charcoal scattered everywhere, and even vomit. That mess was the guests' fault, of course, but nobody came to clean it. Such a disappointment. I've never wished for a night to pass so quickly.

I went with my family for a weekend. The photos made the place look great, but we were disappointed as soon as we got to the room. It was awful, enclosed, and smelled of mold, with old mattresses and dirt everywhere.
