Pousada Solarium Unidade 2

The beach views around here are lovely, and you can walk to shops and restaurants if you don't have a rental car. My favorite thing was the view from the restaurant or pool deck toward the back pool area, with all that blue water and green grass. It felt very peaceful. The pool isn't heated. The staff were great, the food was good, and the prices were very good. Service and prices were excellent, and I'd recommend it for a budget romantic weekend or week away. I stayed four nights at the end of August. The rooms were on the small side and weren't ideal for relaxing in if rain kept you inside. My room had no hot water or heat, the air coming in through the unscreened windows was an issue, and I could hear music from the patio restaurant all day. At least the music was chill. The internet was very unreliable. Be careful walking around the pool, patio, and restaurant during rainy season. There are puddles, and the steps and other spots that need them have no slip guards. One evening, my companion and I came back from shopping. I got from the car park across the pool patio, but fell on my back when I stepped into the restaurant area. My bags broke and glassware shattered, and the hotel made no attempt to compensate me. Luckily, I've got a thick skull. We left at 6 in the morning, and the drive to GRU airport in Sao Paolo took two and a half hours. There was no traffic until we reached the city.
