The room smelled of mold and the place didn't look like the photos. Check-out is at 11:00, earlier than the usual 12:00 or 13:00 at other accommodations. The location and air conditioning were the saving graces. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

The pool had a strong smell of chlorine, and the online-only service through WhatsApp was slow to respond. Without anyone available in person, it was hard to make a real complaint or get help with a guest need. When I asked to speak to someone face to face, they sent a maintenance worker who didn't have the authority to help with what I needed. The advertising doesn't match reality. The beds smelled unbearably moldy and I couldn't sleep properly; the shower was filthy and the rooms had terrible hygiene. I also had to pay what I consider an excessive extra R$200.00 for early check-in and late checkout. For a Saturday arrival and Sunday departure, I paid R$700.00 including that fee. The value just doesn't make sense. Given all of this, I would never return, and I believe at least half of what I paid should have been refunded.

Ruth deserves a special thank you. She was so attentive to my family and suggested places with affordable prices. The kitchenette smelled of mold, the dish sponge had already been used, the AC was really noisy, and I thought the cleaning could have been better. The pool area was also pretty disorganized. Still, that didn't ruin my weekend, and we even paid for another night just to spend longer at the beach. There's a restaurant across the way, a market at the end of the street, and the beach is less than four minutes away. Nobody bothers you, and you can come and go whenever you like. If it were cleaner, it would be a 10. Maybe the damp sea air and how long it had been closed had something to do with it. They also accept pets, and I should have brought my dogs. Next time I will.

The pool area looked neglected and was really small. Even with Pitangueiras beach and the bars nearby, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room had no window or ventilation, and the air conditioning didn't work, so I felt like I couldn't breathe. There was no support after 4 p.m., when the girl left. For what we paid per night, I expected at least sheets, but there was no bedding, bath linen, or blankets. It was a bad experience, and nobody seemed to care.
