The water shutoff from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. caused a serious problem for me during a health emergency. I urgently needed water for washing and cleaning. When I went to the front desk, nobody tried to help. They just said the water would come back at 5 and that I could get it somewhere else, even though there wasn’t water anywhere in the building. I needed basic help in an exceptional situation and got no empathy or support from the staff. The way this was handled seriously affected my experience as a visitor. A condominium needs to respond with some care and flexibility when there’s an emergency, not just point to the rules.

I tried to get in touch with someone, but there was only one number. I messaged it and was told it was the front desk. The person who answered was very rude to me. If someone’s having a bad day, that isn’t my fault, and they shouldn’t take it out on other people. I work with the public, so I know what it’s like.

The apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable, but the service in the condominium is awful, and the doormen are rude. Pets aren’t allowed to put even one paw on the ground for a minute, and you can’t bring a cooler to the pool. There’s no set time for the pool to open. It opens when they decide the cleaning is done, as the man in charge of pool cleaning told me. The rules are very strict. Around the end of the year, when people want to rest and enjoy themselves, I think some of them should be reconsidered.
