I paid R$500 for one night in a poor room, and breakfast wasn’t included. They should make it clearer that the FLAT hotel rate doesn’t include breakfast or a transfer. I’d always stayed at hotel Slaviero, but they’ve lost me as a customer. I don’t recommend it.

I tried calling, but nobody answered. When I went to make a reservation, there was no information about the restaurant’s opening hours. I planned to book and then have dinner at the hotel, but the service was terrible.

The staff were so hospitable. Last night, my family and I were having dinner when we were dealing with the chaos of a flight cancellation caused by latam. I accidentally left my phone behind and didn’t notice, but Cíntia from the restaurant reception promptly called us so it could be returned. I want to congratulate her for her honesty and hospitality. People like that make a difference.

The breakfast was very good and plentiful, though the view is entirely urban. It’s a large but rather old hotel. My room was spacious and reasonably comfortable, but the shower water pressure was quite weak, and there were no outlets in the room for charging my computer or phone. Fine for a night, and close to the airport.
